SMOOTH has done it again with yet another stellar issue starring some of the most spectacular specimens of womanhood that you will find anywhere. The stars of this issue are none other than our curvaceous No She Didn’t columnist Ayisha Diaz and SMOOTH Girl alumni Raven, a.k.a. SyndeeRella. Both have been die-hard supporters of the SMOOTH brand for years and, as we turn the corner on our 15th year, it’s only fitting that we celebrate with these two sexy bonitas! We are honored to feature the man who’s singlehandedly responsible for like half of the millennials living today: the master of baby-makin’ music himself, Keith Sweat. The R&B legend is back with a new single, “Good Love,” to help show these young’uns how it’s done. Keith might be a veteran, but SMOOTH is also looking out for the hot up-and-comers. This time around, we’re proud to introduce you to our Ones2Watch rapper DonRon out of Houston. On the modeling side, you’ll get to know this issue’s SMOOTH Girl, the tantalizing Damica, a.k.a. As we come to the close of another year, we here at SMOOTH have passed another milestone. We are now celebrating 15 years of greatness, thanks to all of you and your continued support. We are blessed to have survived where the competition has failed. You can be assured that, not only will SMOOTH be around for the next 15 years, but we’ll also continue to do what we do best! This is a big issue for us because it features our annual SMOOTH Girl 100. Thanks to your votes, the one hundred hottest women to ever appear in SMOOTH or SMOOTH Girl were chosen. Check it out to see if your pick won this year’s top spot. In celebration, Blac Chyna, our first covergirl and soon to be Mrs. Kardashian, has been voted SMOOTH Girl of the year. Our second covergirl Feeva, may be a relative unknown, but she’s already part of the SMOOTH family. We think she’s ready for the national spotlight. Filling out the eye candy quota is SMOOTH Girl Sommie Lopez, and, of course, our No She Didn’t columnist, Ayisha Diaz. The book is stacked! Our Recess feature details some of the most famous people ever to come straight out of that hotbed of talent known as Compton, California. Some of them will probably surprise you! For our Sports feature, we tapped into the Colin Kaepernick controversy by looking at the history of Black activism in sports.
